Shipping and Return Policy

RETURN POLICES:

- Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem, you have 14 days from the date of your delivery to return for a exchange or store credit.  Items should be in it's original condition, unworn and free of any fragrances or smells. If not, exchange or store credit cannot be given for item. Shipping return fee is the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

- You have 24 hours for cancellations on already placed orders, just contact us at Agillis@scrubgang.com 

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned under any circumstances.

SHIPPING POLICES:

Orders will  process within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays, and will ship in 3-5 days, pending credit verification. All orders are shipped via USPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once you have ordered your items, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have NOT received a tracking number after 2 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 5:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Agillis@scrubgang.com or visit our website. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.

• PLEASE PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AND EMAIL CORRECTLY DURING THE CHECKOUT. If you enter the incorrect information, it may not be caught in time, and you will have to pay another shipping fee to have the issue corrected.

• Discount codes can not be combined on orders. Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase.  Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order @ Agillis@scrubgang.com

• You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.

• Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the USPS, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the USPS (U.S. Postal Service) at www.usps.com or (800)275-8777. 

• If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact USPS, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the USPS.

PREORDERS:

- Orders that have preorder items will be shipped once the preorder item is available to ship, usually which is 50 days after you place our order. Multiple shipments for the same order will not be made, only one shipment for the entire order, when all items are ready to ship.

- If there is a delay, for any reason, any preorder item, we will notify via email regarding the status of the preorder items.
